1. Our Promise of Delivery: We guarantee a 100% refund in the rare event that we’re unable to initiate your project. This is our promise of commitment to you. However, to ensure fairness and mutual respect in our business relationship, the following conditions apply:
Journey of Collaboration: Once we start working on your project and have crossed 30 days with project updates and deliveries, we consider our journey of collaboration to have begun in earnest. At this stage, refunds become inapplicable as we’ve invested significant resources and effort.
Your Voice in Revisions: We welcome your input and revision requests as they help us tailor our services to your needs. Once you request a revision, it indicates your involvement and acceptance of the progress, which means a refund would no longer be suitable.
Respecting Your Decisions: We understand that plans can change. If you decide you no longer need our service, we respect your decision. However, in these instances, we are unable to offer a refund, as our team would have already dedicated time and resources to your project.
The Importance of Timely Feedback: Your feedback is vital in shaping the final product. We ask that you provide any comments within 7 days of receiving a deliverable. This ensures we can promptly address your needs, and it helps keep the project on track for success.
2. Fair and Transparent Process: If you have concerns that the service delivered doesn’t meet the agreed specifications, we invite you to share detailed documentation with us. We promise to review your case thoroughly, always aiming for your satisfaction.
3. Minimal Administrative Fee: In cases where a refund is processed, we apply a minimal administrative fee to cover part of the costs incurred. This fee is a necessary step to maintain our high standard of service.
4. Final Acceptance: Using or showcasing the final deliverable signifies your satisfaction and completion of the project, at which point refund requests are no longer applicable.
5. Resolving Disputes with Care: Should there be any concerns about the refund policy, we are here to listen. We’ll review each case internally, ensuring fairness and respect in our final decision.
